We're pleased to offer state-of-the-art custom e-mail service. If you have your own domain name, you may choose to have a GuildMail address such asyourname@yourdomainname.com. You may register your own domain name through the Guild if you'd like, or you may choose a default GuildMail address@members.authorsguild.net.

GuildMail allows you to consolidate your personal e-mail addresses, store files online, and manage your own forwarding address, from name, signatures, password, and auto-reponses. Our Sitebuilder subscribers have direct access to the GuildMail interface via their websites.

If you have a Sitebuilder website with the Authors Guild, you are entitled to at least one GuildMail address as part of your website subscription. Please log into your account in the upper right corner of www.authorsguild.net to request a GuildMail address of your choice. Authors Guild staff will set up the address for you and send you instructions to access it.

If you have a Hosting Only website with the Authors Guild, you are entitled to at least three e-mail addresses as part of your subscription. These e-mail addresses are not part of our GuildMail system, however. If you'd like to request an e-mail address, please log into your account in the upper right corner of www.authorsguild.net and make your request.
